When she tried to leave Zone Zero, she was stunned by the Defensive System, that was armed by the Guardian, and she was amazed that she was XXXX back into the chair. As she was explaining more so, the Guardian, was not believing any of the story by "Black Raven". 

The more that Black Raven, explained the situation, dropping Red Vixen's name as well, she felt that she was getting in more deeply,

As the Captor was outlining the plans to the Kingpin, he made sure that Black Raven, was not going to be an issue any longer. 

Pouring ice cold water, into the water bucket, that Black Raven's feet were currently sitting in, the Captor, tried to explain to her what was going to be happening to her, very shortly, and in this instance he told her about the Itchy Time Solution. Though she was still spriling from the Jokeman's Solution which was in the ropes, he now told her about her experiences coming shortly with the Itchy Time Solution.
