This material was known as the Wrapping Time, it was made of a heavy duty plastic wrapping, as Spellbinder, was directed to stand in the center of the room, the Reporter started using the ropes first upon her, before starting to wrap her up as tightly as he could do so. She was trying to clear her head, while at the same time not reveal that he had already said her name “Spellbinder” twice, which would soon freeze her up once more. She was trying to remind the Reporter that there were more than two SSH Super heroines, just because she and Red Vixen had been laid low, Pink Pixie, Night Shade, Purple Raven, Purple Thunder, would soon be on his trail.

As the Plastic Wrapping was completed, the Reporter next started to wrap more of the gauze wrapping about the mouth of Spellbinder, making sure that she was trapped fast, soon Spellbinder, was starting to work at her binds, the Reporter, felt that there was one more thing that was needed. Just then Spellbinder arrived, and started her investigation into the Goon. What he knew about SSH Heroines in general, soon a voice boomed out over the speakers announcing that the Reporter, was now viewing the super heroine in her work, Spellbinder, was completely upset at the voice that was distracting her, it was then that the Reporter was trying to distract her from her work, it was then that Spellbinder, was telling him to stop mentioning her name “Spellbinder” any longer, as when her name was mentioned too many times she would feel herself bound and gagged and frozen. The Reporter seemed to know all the secret words to not only “freeze” her but also “secure” her.

It was too late before Spellbinder, felt the Reporter moving behind her, and with a sudden move the Reporter was able to use some of the RST Solution upon her. Rendering her almost helpless. As Spellbinder, was finally getting herself freed from the binds, she was so angered by all the Goons that had been messing with her town, and when she thought that she was just about free she was set upon by the Goon once more. As he had forgotten something to mark the SSH Heroine so that she could be identified much easier. When she saw her marking, she grew even more angry, the biggest thing that seemed to upset her about getting marked was the fact that, the Goon didn’t even use Red for the marking.

When Spellbinder, couldn’t engage her powers, she started to realize, that something must be affecting her powers, it was then that she noticed that the Power Claw, and the Power Dampener had been left about her neck. When she was finally able to get the Power Dampener off, she was able to feel a surge of her powers, but was still unable to get her uniform on automatically.
