Chap. What he knew about SSH Heroines in general, soon a voice boomed out over the speakers announcing that the Reporter, was now viewing the super heroine in her work, Spellbinder, was completely upset at the voice that was distracting her, it was then that the Reporter was trying to distract her from her work, it was then that Spellbinder, was telling him to stop mentioning her name “Spellbinder” any longer, as when her name was mentioned too many times she would feel herself bound and gagged and frozen. The Reporter seemed to know all the secret words to not only “freeze” her but also “secure” her. It was too late before Spellbinder, felt the Reporter moving behind her, and with a sudden move the Reporter was able to use some of the RST Solution upon her. Rendering her almost helpless. When she saw her marking, she grew even more angry, the biggest thing that seemed to upset her about getting marked was the fact that, the Goon didn’t even use Red for the marking. When Spellbinder, couldn’t engage her powers, she started to realize, that something must be affecting her powers, it was then that she noticed that the Power Claw, and the Power Dampener had been left about her neck. When she was finally able to get the Power Dampener off, she was able to feel a surge of her powers, but was still unable to get her uniform on automatically.
