Power Starr, was now cinched up in the chair, as she was still dealing with the effects of the RTS, along with the Power Claw, and the Power Dampener. In addition she was dealing with the added humiliation of the fact of having Wonder Star’s uniform gagged between her lips, she was still attempting to get herself freed from the ropes, that she was being continually bound with. She wasn’t happy about her situation, but she was still working her hardest to get free of those binds.
Power Starr, proved that she was able to work her way free of her binds, even without the full use of her powers, which were truly affected by the Claw, and the Dampener. She was still hesitant about totally letting her guard down around the “Guardian”, which she really didn’t think that he was on the up and up.
After finally getting freed of the chair, Power Starr, was surprised to find herself facing off against the Chameleon. It was too bad that the new version of the SBT solution had been replaced by the new solution in this case the RTS time.
Power Starr, was down and out. Would she remain that way?
