Shy Anne, was tied atop the table top, she was bound with the pink ropes, at her wrists, knees, and ankles. While I was using the pinwheels, I noticed that Shy Anne, was eying the feathers nearby, and I figured that she was waiting for them to be used. So that I switched to the two starburst feather ticklers, moving them along her belly, and underarms.
