Chichi, was laying on her belly, struggling fitfully, while awaiting the remaining binds, I was taking my time after having teased her with the feathers, and the pinwheel. Once she was fully in the hogtie, I took advantage, of her exposed feet, especially the soles of her feet, which were playfully available to me. However; she had some issues, with the hogtie, so I adjusted the bind to allow her the chance to stretch out. This did not stifle her playfulness at all.
The pinwheel this time had such a great effect on Chichi, that I decided to use it along more of her body.
