In this case metallic binds, he knew that once the Power Charm was about her neck, along with the removal of her Energy Belt, would ensure that she was going to be unable to break free from the heavier metal binds. He took his time snapping the metallic binds in place, while Pink Raven was still under the effects of the XXXX time.
To ensure that Pink Raven was feeling the humiliations of her situation, he released the clasp that held the top of her uniform in place, tugging down the zipper, soon her creamy white breasts were on display, and when she awoke her struggles though futile began once more in earnest.
