Sometimes there is nothing better than a simple hogtie, in Karly's case with her long body it made for a perfect hogtie atop the table top, soon she was indeed in a tight spot. After another position change it was time for some Ice Cubes to be used.
In addition to the ice cubes it was also a time for Karly's first escape challenge.
