The Slapper crop has many uses, which aren't always intending to dish out a swat or two, in this case, the slapper crop was being used as a sensation item for Anastasia, as it was being moved between her thighs, and while that was intense in itself it fell once more to the metallic pinwheels to do their own style of magic.
